Not All Who Wander Are Lost! In Holy Ghost Reborn, the sequel to the popular and controversial Holy Ghost, Director Darren Wilson continues his journey around the world on his quest to make a movie that is completely led by the Holy Spirit. Although the scope of the film is indeed huge, with Darren filming in the middle of a massive protest in Rome, with a witch doctor in Africa, with prostitutes and the homeless in Brazil, amidst the ancient ruins of Greece, and even with a group of Navy SEALs, Holy Ghost Reborn is ultimately a film about one man’s search for the Spirit of God. It is a Spirit that created the Universe, but ultimately desires to reveal the truth of Jesus to all of us, individually. Darren searches for an invisible God, and finds a tangible friend who relentlessly pursues us all.

On 11/10/2015, I’ve decided just to rent “Holy Ghost Reborn,” for the 3 days. During the first day of watching the movie, the movie was amaze and along with excitements! I see so much of His grace and loves. Especially, the miracles that is in the movie that what helps me to see more of His love. It helped me to keep on standing strong in my faith., even life is filled with struggles, worries, and hard times, etc. But God, He can change everything. Matthew 19:26 Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” It wasn’t a waist of time for renting Holy Ghost Reborn!

I have enjoyed all the films but Holy Ghost Reborn has been my favorite.
The navy seal was mind blowing as was the grandson burning his tools of darkness when the focus was on his grandmother. Makes one excited with anticipation regarding what God is about to do in our lives.

This was an amazing film and as all in the other films prior Holy Ghost was talking to me while listening. He stirred up my heart and woke up a hunger for the more there is to obtain in a Christian walk with God. I got a much wider view on how many different ways the Holy Spirit can operate and that he deals with everyone special. For Him everyone is special. All the films I just recently saw encouraged me to risk a step I wouldn’t considered to do without those films. Thanks a lot Holy Spirit for helping me to get a different viewpoint on you and also Darren to help Him do this film. May this film encourage many others to step out of the normal into the supernatural as the normal way of a Christian life.

Holy Ghost reborn was alright, but by far my least favorite documentary of all that Darren has done. It was by far the least interesting and least impactful. Having said that, it’s still a new WP film which is always fun. Seeing God in action right before your very eyes is always good for the soul and for believing.

In my opinion, you can’t easily beat Father of Lights. Holy Ghost continued in a similar vein; yet it somehow seemed incomplete. That’s where Holy Ghost Reborn comes in; I can see why the film makers decided to cut it into two films. Holy Ghost Reborn acts both as a complement to Holy Ghost, but also stands on its own. It doesn’t try to continue in the same way as Father of Lights, but rather asks the question, “what is it like for each person on this earth to come to know God individually?” The result is stirring, amusing, amazing and moving. I’ve seen it three times, and like Father of Lights, would happily see it on a continuous loop. I just love these movies.
